Elite Health Club is a private club established for the mutual benefit of its members and owners.


All members and their guests are expected to conduct themselves with courtesy, respect, and professionalism toward fellow members, guests, and staff.


Rules and Regulations


§1 Membership Limit

Elite Health Club membership is limited to 100 (one hundred) members.


§2 Member Benefits

Club members enjoy the following exclusive benefits:

  • 24/7 access with a personal key

  • Unlimited small group training sessions

  • Tailored training programs upon request

  • Unlimited InBody measurements

  • Access to infrared sauna, Avantopool, and X-Cryo treatments

  • Complimentary towels

  • Access to the rooftop lounge with Wi-Fi

  • Use of the members' lounge

  • Additional benefits to be introduced over time


§3 Guest Policy

  • Members may bring one (1) guest per month.

  • The same individual may visit as a guest only once without applying for membership.

  • Members are responsible for their guests and must record the guest's details in the ledger located in the kitchen:

    • Name

    • Phone number and email address

    • Date and time of visit

Guests outside these parameters require prior approval from Club staff.


§4 Membership Applications

  • New members must be recommended by two (2) current members.

  • The Club board may approve applicants without recommendations if all requirements are met.


§5 Entrance Policy

  • Members must use the two main entrances. Emergency exits are for emergencies only and cannot be accessed from outside.


§6 Cleanliness and Equipment Care

  • Members must maintain cleanliness and order throughout the Club.

  • Equipment must be returned to its designated place after use.


§7 Staff Authority

  • Members are required to follow staff instructions. Failure to do so may result in suspension or expulsion.


§8 Dress Code

  • Appropriate attire is required, including clean training clothes and shoes.

  • Outdoor shoes are not permitted beyond the entrance.


§9 Respectful Conduct

  • Treat all members, guests, and staff with kindness and respect.


§10 Personal Property

  • The Club is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Valuables may be stored in designated lockers.


§11 Club Property

  • Club property may not be removed from the premises.


§12 Photography

  • Photos of Club events may be shared with consent. Members may not be photographed without permission.


§13 Phone Usage

  • Phone calls are prohibited in training areas and must be conducted privately without disturbing others.


§14 Pets

  • Pets are not permitted on Club premises without prior staff approval. Only one pet may be present at a time.


§15 Rule Violations

  • Members should report rule violations to Club management rather than confronting others directly.


§16 Children

  • Children under 15 must be supervised at all times. Members are responsible for the conduct of their children and guests' children.


§17 Former Members

  • Former members in good standing may reapply for membership within three years without sponsorship but must pay new member fees.


§18 Membership Applications

  • All new applications must be submitted in writing and approved by the Admissions Committee. Appeals to rejected applications may be submitted to the Club board.


§19 Children as Guests

  • Members’ children without membership may visit occasionally under supervision but may not be regular visitors.


§20 Rooftop Area

  • Primarily for leisure. Training activities require staff supervision unless explicitly approved.


  • Heavy weights are not permitted, and music must use the Club’s installed speaker system.


  • Members must ensure no disturbances to neighboring residents and prevent actions that could pose safety risks.


§21 Honesty Bar

  • Members may use the wine bar. For every opened bottle, a similar or higher-value replacement is required. Refrigerated bottles must be paid for via MobilePay.


§22 Sauna and Avantopool

  • Shower before using the infrared sauna or Avantopool.

  • A towel or swimsuit is required in the sauna.


§23 Personal Belongings

  • Shoes should be stored in the designated area. Locker rooms are not for storing training equipment or accessories.


§24 24/7 Access and Security

  • Members have access year-round. For security, the Club premises are monitored with a 24/7 recording system.


§25 Admissions Committee

  • The committee comprises Club ownership and Black-status members. Each member holds veto power in the admissions process.
