You start your coaching by filling out our survey and speak with your coach through our app. Once your coaches learns the details of your life, they’ll begin to develop a custom fitness and nutrition plan that works for your body, your schedule, and your preferences.

Our goal is to remove all the stress surrounding health and fitness and help you get results that last for life. We’ll do this by providing you with a completely customized fitness and nutrition plan that works for your body and adjusts with your schedule. And by giving you the ongoing support and accountability you need to stay on track, no matter how busy your life gets.



Our private training app is developed by us for you from the start.

Together with a large number of clients and decades of experience, we have focused on features that bring you the results. The app connects all aspects of your wellbeing and training into one hub, allowing you and your coach to interact with each other on a daily basis. Everything you enter into the applications is seen and reviewed by your coach daily.



As your coaching progresses, your personalised programs will be available in the applications calendar, and accessible anytime. Your coach can easily make changes if needed and adapt to your situation. If traveling, your coach can easily give you a suitable program to with the equipment available. 



Remember: We don’t do generic plans. Instead, everything is completely customized for your body, your preferences, and your schedule. This attention to quality and personalization is how we’ve been able to help people get the body and wellbeing they want.


If you have a big event coming up, we’ll help you get prepared. If you go on vacation, we’ll write you a hotel-room workout (or maybe even suggest you take the week off and enjoy yourself). If you have a shoulder injury, we’ll give you exercises to help it get better. If you want to lose weight the first few months and then add muscle the next few months, we’ll help you do that.

You tell us what you want to do, and we’ll help you do it. In other words: It’s very customized.
