Our Club manager Konstantinas fitness journey began in the country of the ancient Olympians, in Greece. With a very performance-based programming style, Konstantina focuses on motivation techniques, science-based fitness, and a lot of compound movements with HIIT, strength training, and calisthenics. Each training session is unique, dedicated to certain goals with a lot of fun along the way. Konstantina encourages a "show up for yourself" mentality and limit pushing. She approaches her programming and training with finding many ways to support and strengthen the body and mind.
